Scope of Management and Leadership

Security contractors must provide services that enhance the corporate image and contribute to the objectives of the client. The challenge is to increase their level of professionalism through continuous improvement, quality service, management, and performance.

Our philosophy is to be large enough to be effective, yet small enough to be accessible. While the Office Manager is the primary point of contact between our company and our clients, direct client access to the owners is only a phone call away.

Sun City Security management operates on the principle that motivation should be stimulated from all sources. This is one of the factors for maintaining high morale among staff, encouraging personal pride, and overcoming indifference. We believe motivation comes from competent leaders, responsive support, multilateral communication and effective supervision and training.
